Dr. Judy Tsai was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Canada in 1987. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. She can also speak a bit of Cantonese and French. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Toronto in 2003. She then went to Boston for her dental studies.
At Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Judy Tsai obtained the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in May 2007. In September 2007, she met the full requirements for a General Certificate at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and has been working as an associate dentist with Dr. Wai-Man Lam since September 2007. In March 2008, she also started working part-time as an associate dentist at the Global Dental Centre with Dr. Alexander Fu.
Dr. Judy Tsai is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Tufts University Dental Alumni Association, and the National Dental Honor Society "Omicron Kappa Upsilon."
